At Coocoon, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care items, we do not accept returns. However, we offer replacement in case the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
1. No Return Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned.
2. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photo or video proof of the damaged item and outer packaging.

The item must be unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to assess the damage before processing a replacement.
3. Process
To request a replacement:

Our support team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Replacement shipping is free of cost for valid damage claims. If the product is found not to be defective or damaged, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
